THE PLACE
On the shores of Lake Geneva in Haute-Savoie, Evian is much more than a town: it’s a little paradise nestled between lake and mountains, in an exceptional natural environment.
This tourist destination is attractive all year round: it’s a great base for visiting nearby ski resorts in winter, and a real must-see in fine weather (particularly in the off-season), thanks in particular to the sumptuous Lac Léman. Crossed by the Rhône, it is one of the largest lakes in Western Europe and its temperature can reach up to 25°C, making it ideal for swimming and other activities!

Whether in competition, beginner or advanced mode, discover Evian’s legendary golf course and its splendid natural aesthetics.
This is where “The Evian Amundi Championship”, a major women’s tournament, is played.

Just 15 minutes from Evian town centre, you’ll find yourself in the heart of nature on the shores of Lac de la Beunaz, where you can take your e-VTT for a ride that’s as sporty as it is comfortable along the paths and undergrowth overlooking the lake!
An activity accessible to all, lasting around 2 hours.
Rafting
With its mix of rivers, lakes and mountains, Haute-Savoie is the ideal place to try your hand at whitewater activities.
Then try rafting! Fun, team spirit and adrenalin will be the order of the day on the Dranse, an emerald-coloured river that will host your unforgettable descent into the heart of nature.
A visit to the medieval village of Yvoire
Small stone houses, cobbled streets full of flowers, fortified walls dating back to the 14th century and the medieval ‘Garden of the 5 senses’… it’s all there to charm visitors when they come to Yvoire.
But also...
Drink at the Cachat spring, enjoy an exhibition at the Palais Lumière, take a funicular ride, board a sailing boat, visit the Pré Curieux gardens, stroll along the quayside and taste féra and Abondance cheese!
